Konstantinos Polyzos

Kosta Polyzos is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in systems administration and IT support. Currently serving as a Senior IT Support Specialist at Viridien since July 2022, Kosta previously held the position of Senior System Administrator (HPC) at the University of Surrey from June 2016 to July 2022, where responsibilities included delivering compute resources for research in high-performance computing environments. Earlier experience includes working as a Systems Administrator at the University of Portsmouth and serving as a Unix Admin & Network Service Developer at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. Kosta’s career began as an IT Support Engineer at DEI College, where a diverse role included supporting network infrastructure and lecturing on CCNA and advanced programming. Kosta holds an MSc in Computer Network Administration & Management from the University of Portsmouth and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications & Networks from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.
