Sharon Howe

Sharon Howe has extensive work experience in the oil and gas industry. Sharon started their career in 1996 as a Seismologist at CGG Borehole Services Division, where they were involved in various seismic processing tasks. Sharon then joined Veritas DGC in 1999 as a Senior Geophysicist, eventually becoming a Team Leader. In 2007, they transitioned to CGGVeritas as a Processing Supervisor.

In 2012, Sharon joined CGG as a Processing Group Manager and later moved on to become the Business Manager in 2018. Sharon then progressed to the role of VP Digital Services and Innovation in 2021, overseeing the company's digital initiatives. Currently, they hold the position of Director at CGG Services UK Ltd and is also the Head of Sales Enablement for the HPC & Cloud department. In the near future, they will assume the role of VP Business Support, HPC and Cloud Solutions.

Throughout their career, Sharon has demonstrated expertise in seismic processing, geophysics, team leadership, and business management.

Sharon Howe completed their bachelor's degree in Engineering Geology and Geotechnics from the University of Portsmouth in 1996. Sharon also attended CEDEP - Executive Development in Fontainebleau to pursue a program on Achieving Managerial Excellence, which they completed in 2016.
