Zhenyu Zhou

Zhenyu Zhou is an experienced Machine Learning Software Engineer at CGG since April 2015, responsible for leading over 10 multi-million dollar data processing projects with teams of 10 data scientists, consistently exceeding client expectations. Zhenyu specializes in designing and deploying automated pipeline workflows using Python and processing APIs to handle large-scale seismic data and documents, achieving high performance with GPU/CPU networking clusters. Prior to CGG, Zhenyu held positions as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Pittsburgh and a Postdoctoral Fellow at George Mason University, and worked as a Research Assistant at Washington University in St. Louis. Zhenyu holds a Ph.D. in Condensed Matter and Materials Physics from Washington University in St. Louis and a B.A. in Physics from Peking University.
