Michael Cozza

Michael Cozza, MBA, currently serves as the Supply Chain & Logistics Director at Viridis Chemical, overseeing supply chain planning and the S&OP process. Prior to this role, Michael held various positions at Ingredion Incorporated, where responsibilities included managing a team for inventory control and logistics for a $1 billion revenue plant. Additional experience includes leadership roles in Eco-Services Operations, LLC, Innophos, and Stepan Company, where Michael focused on production engineering, process improvement, and adherence to safety and operational standards. Michael holds an MBA with a concentration in Supply Chain Management from Syracuse University and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
