The leadership team at Viridis Terra has a history of working in international project management, ecological restoration, and research. They have also worked for various companies such as Agriteam Canada Consulting Ltd., Self-employed, Louis Guay and Associates, Resolute Forest Products, and the Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade Canada. They have degrees from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de Honduras, University of Ottawa, University of Sherbrooke, and Université Laval.
