Jessica Baker-Pike is an experienced professional in stakeholder engagement and resource management, currently serving as the Visitor Centre Manager at Viridor since April 2015, where responsibilities include promoting the Environment and Social Governance Strategy at the Ardley Energy Recovery Facility. Previously, as an Education and Visitor Centre Officer, Jessica developed a business strategy that was recognized at the BiTC Education Award in 2018 and hosted over 12,000 diverse stakeholders annually. Prior to Viridor, Jessica worked as a Proposal Lead for the South Central Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust, securing all tenders for public sector business models. Earlier roles include Project Manager at Bridge Creative Services, overseeing educational resource production, and Key Account Handler at Gecko Limited, managing significant client accounts. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Wastes Management from the University of Northampton and a Bachelor of Science in Applied and Environmental Science from the University of York.
