Lee Hodder

Lee Hodder is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the energy and recycling sectors. Currently serving as the Managing Director of Carbon Capture & Circular Solutions at Viridor since October 2023, Hodder oversees a diverse portfolio of projects aimed at achieving net-zero targets and advancing plastic recycling initiatives. Concurrently holding board chairman positions at ReSource Denmark and Quantafuel Skive, Hodder plays a crucial role in supporting Denmark’s circular economy ambitions. Previous leadership roles include Chief Strategy & Sustainability Officer at Galp, where Hodder guided the company's energy transition and sustainability plans, and Global Head of Investment Appraisal at Shell, providing insights on significant investment opportunities.
