Sireesha R is an accomplished Information Technology Operations Team Lead at Virinchi Ltd. since April 2018, with extensive experience in leading cross-functional teams to successfully deliver complex projects using program management, Agile methodologies, and strategic planning. Prior to this role, Sireesha served as QA Team Lead at EiQ Networks from August 2006 to December 2017, where responsibilities included test strategy design, lab setup, product analysis, and collaboration with various teams on bug triage, along with mentoring and participating in the hiring process.
