Tor Arne Olsen

Tor Arne Olsen is an experienced professional currently serving as an Innovation Coach at Hovedorganisasjonen Virke since May 2022, where the focus is on running the "Innsiktsdrevet Virke" innovation project aimed at leveraging data for value creation. Prior to this role, Tor Arne was with Norstat Group from June 2015 to August 2021, first as Head of Product and Service Development, leading the innovation program and the development of "Norstat Express," and previously as an IT Project Manager, facilitating collaboration across IT development and operations. Tor Arne's earlier career includes a role as Chairman of the Board at Business Start-Up, project management at Berendsen, and participation in a Management Trainee program across various locations. Tor Arne holds a Master of Science in Finance and a Bachelor of Science in Economics & Business Administration from the Norwegian School of Economics and has additional education in business from UNSW and basic psychology from the University of Bergen.
