Luis Delgado

Luis Delgado has extensive work experience, with their most recent role being the CTO at Virket Group since May 2018. Prior to that, they served as the CEO and Co-Founder of G4A, Grupo Virket since March 2010.

Luis Delgado has a diverse educational background. In 1995, they began their academic journey at Tecnológico de Monterrey, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration until 1999. Later on, from 2003 to 2006, they attended EGADE Business School and obtained a Master's degree in Information Technology Administration. In 2013, they participated in Usability Week Las Vegas, organized by Nielsen Norman Group, where they focused on User Experience. Moreover, in 2019, Luis pursued a program called Alta Dirección en Empresas (ADEA) at IPADE Business School.

In addition to their formal education, Luis also obtained various certifications. In 2006, they completed the ITIL Service Operation certification offered by QUINT WELLINGTON REDWOOD ACADEMY USA LLC. In 2012, they became a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) through an institution called Scrum Alliance. Most recently, in 2022, they acquired the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS).
