Anushka Bhardwaj

Anushka Bhardwaj currently serves as a Team Leader and Senior Associate at Virohan since October 2023. Prior to this role, Anushka worked at Spinny from September 2021 to November 2023, progressing from Talent Acquisition Executive to Senior Executive Talent Acquisition, where responsibilities included managing the end-to-end recruitment process and organizing weekend drives. Anushka also gained experience as a Talent Acquisition Intern, emphasizing skills in candidate sourcing and onboarding. Earlier professional development included participation in the Talent Acquisition Kickstarter Program at Progressee, where focus was on sourcing talent for various profiles, and serving as a Campus Ambassador for the International Model United Nations Association.
