Prerna Singla

Prerna Singla is an experienced professional in human resources and organizational development with a diverse background in program management and team leadership. Currently serving as the Organisation Development Lead - HR at Virohan since November 2024, Prerna previously held the position of People and Culture Manager at The/Nudge Institute, where responsibilities included designing capacity-building programs and introducing engagement metrics. Prior experience encompasses roles such as Program Manager at Teach For India, where Prerna coached and managed a team of fellows, and Manager- Design & Quality at Leap Skills, focusing on training and program implementation.
