Cindy Neale

Cindy Neale has extensive work experience in finance and corporate finance. Cindy worked at KPMG Corporate Finance Inc. from February 1996 to November 2020 as an Executive Director. Their role involved assisting mid-market clients with M&A and financing transactions, overseeing the divestiture process, conducting pre-deal evaluations, negotiating deals, structuring transactions, leading clients through due diligence and documentation processes, preparing financial models and business plans, and recommending and approaching sources of capital. Cindy also served as the Executive Vice President of Finance at Virox Technologies Inc. starting in November 2020.

Cindy Neale, CBV, CPA, CA received their education from the Canadian Institute of Chartered Business Valuators, where they obtained the degree of Chartered Business Valuator (CBV). Cindy also holds a degree from the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario, earning the designation of CPA.CA. Furthermore, Cindy Neale holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Commerce and Economics from the University of Toronto. In addition to their academic achievements, they have obtained a certification as a Dealing Market Representative from the Ontario Securities Commission.
