Rebecca Ranucci has a long and varied career in the mortgage industry. Rebecca began their career in 1999 as a Mortgage Operations employee at Community First Bank. In 2009, they became a Mortgage Banker at Ameris Bank, followed by a Mortgage Operations role at First Federal in 2010. From 2011 to 2016, they were a Solutions Engineer at Mortgagebot, a D+H Company, where they prepared and delivered technical sales presentations and demonstrations of software, served as a liaison between operations and development teams, and played a key role in the successful building, testing, and implementation of multiple vendor system integrations. From 2016 to 2018, they were the Manager of Sales Engineering at Roostify, where they served as the primary customer-facing technical member of the sales leadership team, cross-functioning with product management, engineering, and marketing in strategy and competitive landscape initiatives, and supported the sales team in the development and delivery of product demonstrations. Since 2018, they have been at Capsilon as the Sales Engineering Manager, where they served as the primary customer-facing technical member of the sales leadership team, cross-functioning with product management, engineering, and marketing in strategy and competitive landscape initiatives, supported the sales team in the development and delivery of product demonstrations, interpretation and communication of clients' needs, and provided solution discovery and design through the sales process and facilitated communication between customers and the implementation team. Most recently, in 2020, they joined VirPack as the Director of Customer Success and Product Solution Manager, where they represent VirPack value proposition and solution development to prospects and internal customers, relays and identifies prospect and market needs to the product team, and helps inform product direction, as well as creates and implements paths of communication and documentation between product and sales, sales and implementation, and marketing.
