Niko Helkearo

Niko Helkearo has a strong work experience in various leadership roles. Niko currently holds the position of Director of Sales, Marketing, Administration, and Finance at Virra Talotekniikka Oy since January 2020. In this role, they are responsible for leading and managing the finance, administration, sales, and marketing functions and teams. Their main tasks include building and implementing operational models, processes, and goals for the new sales organization, creating financial metrics, and overseeing the development of support functions.

Before that, Niko served as the Chief Operating Officer at Sewerex Oy from March 2018 to January 2020. Niko was responsible for leading the company's and its subsidiaries' operational activities. Niko had the overall responsibility for finance, development projects, daily operations related to the projects, and all sales and marketing activities. Previously, from January 2009 to February 2013, Niko served as a Customer Relations Officer, responsible for selling the company's comprehensive services, managing existing clients, and generating new service ideas for industrial clients, shopping centers, housing companies, and municipal actors. Niko started their career at Lassila & Tikanoja as an Administrative Supervisor from May 2007 to December 2008.

Niko Helkearo pursued their education in the field of Economics. Niko began their academic journey in 2005 at HAAGA-HELIA University of Applied Sciences, where they enrolled in a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) program. Niko successfully completed their studies in 2007. Following this, Niko continued their education at Tampere University of Applied Sciences in 2007, where they also pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree specializing in Economics. Niko concluded their studies at Tampere University of Applied Sciences in 2008.
