Director Of Research Operations at Virscio

Ben Culp has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Ben started their career at International Research and Development Corporation in 1978, where they managed the Inhalation Toxicology Department and focused on the development of inhalation atmosphere generation systems. In 1995, they joined MPI Research, first as an Associate Director of Planning, responsible for coordinating scheduling across 25 departments, and then as Manager and later Senior Director of Laboratory Operations. In these roles, Ben ensured high-quality operations and compliance with research regulations, managed budgets, and provided resources to various departments. From 2007 to 2010, they served as the Operations Director - GLP Advisory Board at Medicilon-MPI Preclinical Research, establishing a toxicology vivarium in Shanghai, China. Following that, they worked at Vida Sciences as the Vice President of Vivarium Operations, where they led corporate strategic initiatives and aligned operational tactics with corporate strategies. Most recently, Ben held the position of Director of Research Operations at Virscio, providing support in achieving scientific and animal care goals and overseeing optimal resource allocation.

Ben Culp attended Spring Arbor University from 2010 to 2011, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business Management. Prior to that, they attended Jackson College from 1974 to 1976, although their degree and field of study were not specified for this period.
