Prem Shankar

Prem Shankar is a Principle Engineer at Virsec Systems since December 2020, specializing in engineering cyber security products on cloud/container-based infrastructure, ensuring compatibility with Kubernetes, AWS EKS, and OpenShift environments. Previously, Prem served as a Middleware Subject Matter Expert with DevOps at DXC Technology and as a Senior Middleware Consultant at Hewlett-Packard, working with E.ON, a leading energy provider in Germany. Earlier experience includes roles such as WebSphere Process Server Consultant at GMR Hyderabad International Airport Limited, developing integration solutions as a WebSphere Integration Developer at IBM India Private Limited, and working as a Java Developer for AT&T. Prem holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics & Communication from LNCT, Bhopal, obtained in 2006.
