Rinish Balan

Rinish Balan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and engineering within the technology sector. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Success at Virsec since February 2019, Rinish has held various senior roles including Senior Manager for Customer Success in the APAC region and Principal Engineer. Prior experience includes key positions at DXC Technology, where Rinish worked as a Delivery Lead, and IBM, where Rinish was a Project Manager and Transition Lead. Rinish started their career in system administration at CONAG and Yukthi Systems Pvt. Ltd. Rinish holds an Executive Program in Business Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, and both a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and an MBA in Finance from Manipal Academy of Higher Education.
