Amanda Williams Flatt has worked in various roles since 2001. Amanda began their career as a State Intern at the Secretary of State in 2001, where they worked on web development, database maintenance, and research. From 2002-2003, they worked as a Business Analyst at Acro Service Corporation at TDOT Information Technology Department, where they were a Project Coordinator and Web Developer. From 2003-2011, they worked at Emdeon, where they held the roles of IT Product Manager - Salesforce.com, Sr. Business Analyst - Salesforce.com, and Sr. Business Analyst - Siebel Migrations. From 2011-2016, they worked at Servpro Industries, Inc. as an IT Business Analyst - Internal Systems. From 2016-2019, they worked at Louisiana-Pacific Corporation as an IT CRM Business Analyst (Salesforce). From 2019-2020, they worked as an Independent Salesforce Consultant. Currently, they are working as a Sr. Salesforce Consultant at Virsys12.

Amanda Williams Flatt holds a B.B.A in Computer Information Systems from Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) obtained in 2001. In addition, they have obtained two certifications from Salesforce: Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant in July 2019 and Certified Salesforce Administrator in January 2015.
