Jan Holt

Jan Holt is a board-level strategist, seasoned attorney and CPA with an enterprise-wide perspective, and unwavering commitment to excellence and integrity. With almost 40 years of experience as an international law firm equity partner, and later as an insurance industry executive, Jan has served on or advised boards for over 35 years. She graduated from Georgetown University, summa cum laude (first in class), and the University of Virginia School of Law.
