Todd Goffman

Todd Goffman has over fifteen years of experience as a corporate lawyer, with a focus on technology companies. Todd is currently the General Counsel at Globalization Partners, a position they have held since January 2020. Prior to that, they were the General Counsel and Secretary at Curaleaf, a position they held from January 2019 to January 2020. From January 2005 to September 2017, Todd was the Vice President, Corporate Operations and General Counsel at NetCracker Technology Corp., an international digital service provider software and systems integration services company. In their dual role of GC and VP of Corporate Operations, Todd provided strategic and operational guidance to the CEO and Board for critical management decisions across all areas of the business. Todd also managed Finance through 2015 and HR through 2016. Todd played a critical role in building the company and its corporate operations from a start-up to a large international company with diversified worldwide sales, including building legal, finance and HR teams, readying the company for a dual track IPO/M&A process, and principally managing the successful sale to NEC. Todd led complex, post-closing merger integration with original management left intact. Todd also led diligence, prepared business plans, and negotiated, closed and integrated several acquisitions, including a near $500m complex, carve out deal. In addition, they assisted senior strategy and corporate development groups at NEC in business synergy and acquisitions. As an officer, Secretary and member of the senior executive team, Todd participated in all executive management and Board meetings, including advising and reporting on corporate operations and strategy. Todd also served as a member of the Board of Directors for NEC Energy Solutions.

Todd Goffman has a J.D. from Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University and a B.A. in Political Science from Stony Brook University, where they graduated magna cum laude.
