Mia Kotakorpi

Mia Kotakorpi has over fifteen years of experience in human resources and management. Mia is currently the Vice President of People & Culture at Virta, a position they have held for three years and seven months. Prior to that, they were the Director of Human Resources at Wolt, a fixed-term employee well-being improvement project, for three months. Kotakorpi has also worked as a freelance photographer for five years and eight months in Dubai, specializing in corporate, interior, child, family, and event photography. In addition, they are the owner of MSK Consulting and a consultant at Cresco Network. Mia has been with First Hop as their Manager of Human Resources for six years and was previously a Human Resource Coordinator at Satama Interactive for one year. Kotakorpi began their career as a substitute teacher for EVTEK, teaching psychology for one year.

Mia Kotakorpi has a certificate in professional coaching practice from Transformational Coaching, ICF approved training (Full Circle), and a master's degree in psychology from the University of Helsinki. Mia also has a Papi 3 certification from Cubiks.
