Shanez Mulliner

ShaNez Mulliner, SHRM-SCP, CPSP, currently serves as the Sr Manager of Total Rewards at Virta Health since July 2023. Prior to this role, ShaNez worked at BigCommerce in various positions, including Global Benefits Manager and Sr Benefits Specialist, where responsibilities included managing health and wellness plans for over 1,100 employees across multiple countries and overseeing the acquisition of more than 100 employees. At Morning Consult, ShaNez held several leadership roles, including Managing Director of Benefits & People Ops, and was instrumental in developing HR practices and managing payroll and benefits for a rapidly growing tech startup. Earlier experience includes positions at Purple Strategies, LLC, and the American Action Forum. ShaNez earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a focus on International Development from Brigham Young University and was an active member of the Political Affairs Society.
