Ted Sullivan

Based out of New York, Ted is a part of the Firm’s Integration & Separation Practice. He has over 18 years of experience in the execution of numerous large and complex transactions including cross-border acquisitions, joint ventures, and divestitures. Before joining Virtas, he held roles with Pratt & Whitney and EPAM Systems where he specialized in international M&A, deal sourcing, due diligence, and post-merger integration.
