Timothy Czmiel

Timothy P. Czmiel has extensive experience in capital structuring, placement, and restructuring. In 2003, they became the Managing Member of Heartland Capital, LLC, where they worked until 2017. During their time at Heartland Capital, LLC, they played a key role in managing the company. In 2017, Timothy co-founded Virtas Partners and took on the role of Managing Partner. At Virtas Partners, they have utilized their expertise in turn-arounds, capital restructures, and placements, and has provided financial advisory services to various Equity backed and privately held companies in the United States and Canada. Prior to their current role, Timothy was a partner in one of the larger restructuring firms in the United States.
