Carolina Jacob

Carolina Jacob has worked in a variety of roles in the Human Resources and Recruitment fields since 2010. In 2010, they worked as a Project Coordinator for Connect-123 Internship & Volunteer Programs. From 2011 to 2014, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist for Ford Motor Company, a Recruiter for Kenexa, an IBM Company, and a Senior IT Recruiter and HR Consultant for Capgemini. Carolina also worked as a Freelance Global Senior Recruiter & HR Consultant from 2011 to 2015. From 2015 to 2018, Carolina was a City General Manager and Global IT Recruiter for Crossover for Work. Since 2018, they have been an HR Lead for OpenZeppelin, and in 2021, they became the HR and Recruitment Manager for Virtasant.

Carolina Jacob has a Licenciada en Psicología from the University of Buenos Aires. Carolina completed a Specialization degree en Rorschach Psychodiagnosis from Asociacion Argentina de Rorschach between 2012 and 2015. In 2015, they completed a Curso "Cuestionario Desiderativo" from Asociación Argentina de Psicodiagnóstico de Rorschach. In 2011, they completed a Seminario "Test de la Persona Bajo La Lluvia" from Asociación Argentina de Psicodiagnóstico de Rorschach and a Taller de Selección de Personal from Psicoestudio. In 2009, they completed a Curso de Seleccion de Personal IT from Consultora Brainwork. Carolina is currently enrolled in a Certified Coach program from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella, which they are expected to complete in 2022.
