Mine Dedekoca has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. ✨Mine has served as a Startup Mentor at Newchip Accelerator, where they provide guidance and support to aspiring entrepreneurs. At Virtasant, they held multiple positions, including Head of Community and Head of Community & Cloud Partnerships. In these roles, they managed a global community of cloud engineers, fostered relationships with cloud providers, and organized events to promote remote work culture. As a Co-Founder of the Vivel Network, they helped create a community for remote workers and professionals interested in web3 and decentralized work. Mine also founded Happy Work Studio, where they consulted companies on remote-friendly practices, facilitated culture redesign, and organized events for agile talent communities. ✨Mine is a Founding Member of the Remote-first.Institute, a not-for-profit organization focused on promoting the remote-first work approach and establishing global standards. Mine has also been involved as a Country Partner for the Global Startup Awards and an Investment Committee Member at baseFunder. Additionally, they have served as an Investor & Advisor for Comparisonator and as a Founder of Start-IST, where they mentored startups, organized events, and provided event organization consultancy. Prior to that, they worked as a Customer Marketing Manager at ESW Capital, where they developed and executed customer success strategies for various SaaS companies. Mine's work experience reflects their expertise in remote work, community management, partnerships, and event organization.

Mine (Kocadag) Dedekoca completed their education in a chronological order. ✨Mine obtained their MBA degree in Management from Sabanci University between 2003 and 2005. Prior to that, they earned their BA degree in Management from Marmara University from 1999 to 2003. ✨Mine'shigh school education was completed at Uskudar Amerikan Lisesi/Uskudar American Academy, where they focused on Turkish Maths from 1992 to 1999.

In addition to their formal education, Mine Dedekoca also pursued further certifications to enhance their knowledge and skills. In July 2022, they obtained a certification in Organizational Happiness from UPEACE Centre for Executive Education. In September 2020, they completed the Culture Design Masterclass from Fearless Culture. Furthermore, in February 2020, they obtained a certification in Digital Business Strategy: Harnessing our Digital Future from MIT Sloan School of Management.
