Patrick Rusyn is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical support and applications management. Currently serving as the Global Team Lead - Pre Sales/Applications at Virtek Vision International Inc. since September 2016, Patrick is responsible for coordinating the Applications team's day-to-day operations, providing technical support to sales regions, and influencing product development based on market feedback. Previously, as an Application Specialist, Patrick demonstrated a strong understanding of customer needs and facilitated effective communication between clients and engineering teams. Prior roles include Design Release Engineer at Delphi, where Patrick managed design changes for wiring harnesses, as well as positions at Costco Wholesale and Canadian Tire, focusing on customer service and product knowledge. Patrick holds a Bachelor of Engineering Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Western University, completed in 2014.
