Willenbring's responsibilities include handling initial telephone inquiries, troubleshooting simple hardware, software, or network problems, monitoring incoming tickets, documenting customer interaction, updating tickets according to SLAs, recognizing and escalating difficult problems, and documenting customer impact and resolution steps.
