Jesse Ganz joins the VIRTEX team as a seasoned SVP with over 20 years of experience in the manufacturing industry. Throughout his career, he has honed his skills in a variety of operational areas, and brings his industry leading experience in manufacturing, engineering, procurement, program management, inventory control, and document control. He has gained his extensive knowledge working in world-class manufacturing environments, both in the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and contract manufacturing sectors.

Jesse is deeply passionate about the field of manufacturing and has a steadfast commitment to operational excellence. This dedication to his work has a major impact on his approach to strategic operations management. Jesse believes in continuously improving processes and finding ways to optimize operations, which is reflected in his decision making and management style.

Jesse’s expertise in the field has been demonstrated by his successful tenure as the VP and GM at Angelica, where he spent 6 years overseeing the company's operations. Prior to that, he spent 7 years at Sparton Corp., where he made significant contributions to the company's growth and success.
