Steven Litchfield

Steven Litchfield currently serves as CFO and Chief Strategy Officer at MaxLinear, a position held since July 2018. In addition to this role, Litchfield has been a member of the Board of Directors for Virtium LLC, Discovery Cube Orange County, and MIND Research Institute since 2018 and 2015, respectively. Previously, Litchfield served on the Board of Directors for Menlo Micro and held various executive positions at Microsemi Corporation from 2001 to 2018, culminating in the role of Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer. Litchfield began their career at Bank of America as an Equity Research Analyst and Toyota Motor Corporation as a Production Engineer. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Purdue University and an MBA from the University of Southern California.
