Basil Kotov has been working in the technology field since 2003. basil began as a Developer at Perpetuum Software in 2003 and then moved to Enterra Solutions in 2006, where they also worked as a Developer. In 2009, they began working as a freelance Developer. In 2012, they became the Chief Technology Officer at Dotorg branding & digital. In 2018, they began working as a Full Stack Engineer at Virto Commerce.

Basil Kotov attended Altay State Technical University from 1998 to 2004, graduating with an Engineer's degree in Information Technology.
