Elena Mutykova

Elena Mutykova has a diverse work experience. Elena began their career in 2011 as a Service Desk Technician at MegaFon, where they provided customer support, troubleshot internet access and communication problems, and ensured the quality of customer service. In 2020, they joined uTest as a Software Tester, where they performed mobile testing on Android/iOS devices, tested web applications, executed test cases, identified defects, and created detailed bug reports. Elena also participated in test cycling of international projects and achieved the Bronze rate for two months. In 2021, they joined Virto Commerce as a QA Engineer.

Elena Mutykova has a Bachelor's degree in History from Ural State Pedagogical University, which they obtained between 2005 and 2010. From 2020 to 2021, they attended Bauman Moscow State Technical University to study Computer Science. In 2022, they obtained an IELTS certification from the British Council, and they are currently enrolled in Portnov Computer School to study Software Development.
