Alejandra Lovera

Alejandra Lovera is an experienced professional currently serving as the Talent Success Manager at Virtrify since October 2025, where responsibilities include managing a community of over 130 Virtual Team Members and enhancing engagement through analytics. Simultaneously, Alejandra has been a Project Coordinator at DVinalia C.A. since March 2020, overseeing educational operations for the International Diploma in Rum and Spirits and directing social media campaigns. Previous experience includes a Success Manager role at Elevate Teams, where Alejandra designed onboarding sessions and conducted mock interviews, and as an Operations Manager at TGS Learning, leading the transition to online courses during the COVID-19 pandemic. Earlier roles include serving as a Political and Communications Officer at the British Embassy Caracas and as a Translator at KPMG Venezuela.
