CJ Shen is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in trading and options management. Currently serving as a Trader at Virtu Financial since October 2018, CJ previously held significant roles including Head of Options at MANA Partners LLC and Jump Trading, LLC, as well as Founder and CEO of SQT Capital. With a robust background at Merrill Lynch and Credit Suisse as a Director, CJ has consistently demonstrated leadership in the finance sector since the early 2000s, beginning as a Trader at Optiver. CJ holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Statistics from Harvard University, earned between 1995 and 2000.
