Dan Southwick

Dan Southwick possesses extensive experience in operational excellence and process improvement within the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors. Currently serving as the Assistant Vice President of Operational Excellence at Virtua Health, a leading healthcare system in New Jersey, Dan has been pivotal in deploying the Operational Excellence program since April 2015. Prior to this role, Dan held several positions in operational excellence and Lean Six Sigma, including Director of Operational Excellence at Clondalkin Pharma & Healthcare and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt at both Catalent Pharma Solutions and GE Aviation. Dan's career spans over two decades at GE, where various leadership roles were undertaken, managing significant sales teams and driving operational effectiveness. Dan earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Rowan University.
