Kelly Plocharski RN, BS, NCP has extensive experience in healthcare technology and clinical operations, currently serving as the IT Director Enterprise Clinicals at Virtua Health since March 2012. In this role, Kelly oversees Epic and third-party clinical applications, managing various inpatient systems and leading implementation workstreams for Ambulatory and other clinical applications. Prior positions include IT Manager, Clinical Operations EMR Analyst Manager, and IS Business Analyst/RN at Virtua Health, and EHR Administrator/RN at The Cardiology Group, P.A., where Kelly managed electronic health records and led compliance initiatives. Earlier nursing roles include staff positions in intensive care and trauma units at Deborah Heart and Lung Center and Frankford Hospital. Kelly holds nursing certifications in advanced life support and critical care monitoring and is a graduate of Penn State University.
