Rhonda Jordan

Rhonda Jordan is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Virtua Health since August 2013. Prior roles at Virtua include Senior Vice President/Chief HR Officer and Vice President of Human Resources, with earlier career milestones as Assistant Vice President and Director of Human Resources within Virtua Health and its predecessor, West Jersey Health System. Rhonda also contributed to The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia as Director of Career Services from 1990 to 1997. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Training and Performance Improvement from Capella University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Lamar University.
