Tarun Kapoor

Tarun Kapoor, MD, MBA, currently serves as the Senior Vice President and Chief Digital Transformation Officer at Virtua Health, leading a team focused on transforming care delivery and enhancing patient experiences. Kapoor has held various senior roles within Virtua Health, including Senior Vice President of Clinical Integration and President of Virtua Physician Partners, where the emphasis is on high-quality outcomes and cost-effective care through collaboration among independent and employed clinicians. Prior roles include Chief Medical Officer for Clinical Colleagues and duties as a hospitalist and physician informaticist. Kapoor's educational background includes an MBA from the Fox School of Business at Temple University and a medical degree from Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, complemented by extensive training in Internal Medicine at The George Washington University.
