Leonardo Santillan has over 20 years of work experience. Leonardo began their career in 1996 as a Technical Lead at Avenue S.A. In 2003, they took on the role of Technical Lead at Azultel Inc., where they led a team of two NOC technicians, two developers, and one graphic designer, and developed more than ten PHP - MySql telecommunications oriented applications. In 2012, they became a PHP Senior Developer at Teceng Gaming. From 2015 to 2017, they worked as a PHP Senior Developer (Yii Framework) at both Boxeway and Cuenta Propia. In 2017, they began working at VigLogic as a Backend Developer, where they were responsible for API development with PHP (Lumen) and MySql, as well as Social Networks (Facebook - Twitter - Instagram) APIs integration. Since 2019, they have been a Backend Developer at Virtuagym.

Leonardo Santillan's education history includes a Development Analyst degree from UADE between 2004 and 2007, a Journalist degree from TEA between 2007 and 2009, and a Data Scientist degree from Digital House in 2018.
