Johan Vrolijk is an accomplished entrepreneur and consultant, currently serving as a co-founder of both Virtual Actuary and Auto Actuary, where they focus on innovating the actuarial and financial industries. With a strong foundation in actuarial science, Johan previously worked as a Consulting Actuary at PricewaterhouseCoopers, providing expertise to major South African life insurers and banks from 2008 to 2018. They are also a Lead Actuarial Architect at InsurTech Global, contributing to the development of the award-winning StocaC actuarial modeling software. Johan holds a cum laude degree in Actuarial Science from Stellenbosch University and is a Fellow of the Actuarial Society of South Africa.
