Paul Boots is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various sectors. Currently serving as Senior Director and Head of Sector Development at the Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority (VARA), Paul has also held positions such as COO and Head of Business Development at Dubai Global Connect, Non-Executive Director at Titanium Escrow, and Co-Founder & COO at EMLC. Additionally, Paul has served as Chief Operating Officer at Beehive UAE. Paul Boots holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Babson College, completed in 2004, and has furthered education with management studies at MIT Sloan School of Management in 2018.
