James Stupka

James joined VBA in December of 2020 as a Software Quality Automation Engineer and was promoted to Manager of Quality Assurance in 2022. He is responsible for ensuring a quality software development process including introducing new technologies to improve accuracy and efficiency, identifying, setting and communicating new quality standards, and coordinating product testing.

Prior to joining VBA, James worked for a year at PKWARE in the QA department testing enterprise data encryption software. He also previously worked nearly 5 years at Empower Retirement on the Large/Mega Payroll Conversion team working with the largest retirement plans in the United States.
