Bruce Silverman

Bruce Silverman is currently an advisor at Virtual Dental Care. Prior to that, they were with Money At Work, LLC and Hackensack University Medical Center. Bruce has also been a part of the Delta Dental of New Jersey and Connecticut as well as Group Health Inc. (GHI).

Bruce has always been driven to help others in any way possible. At their previous company, Hackensack University Medical Center, they were an advisory board member and was also a part of the Children’s Hospital Advisory Committee. Bruce has also been a Foundation Advisory Board Member for Delta Dental of New Jersey and Connecticut.

At Group Health Inc., they were the Director of Dental Operations. Bruce managed all day-to-day operations and successfully led an extensive initiative to grow provider networks that enabled the corporation to expand member access and drive customer satisfaction. Bruce also created new dental products which were foundational in enabling the corporation to retain their largest clients. In addition, they created requirements, performed research and market scans and successfully negotiated vendor contract for a dental claims system replacement. Furthermore, they implemented multiple workflow enhancements which significantly improved customer service and reduced both claims processing time and claims administrative expenses.

Bruce’s journey has been an amazing one full of helping others in various ways. Bruce is truly dedicated to their work and drives success in everything they do.

Bruce Silverman has an MBA in Business Administration & Policy from Baruch College and a BA in Psychology from Binghamton University.
