Hollie Rose has extensive experience in the finance sector. Hollie began their career in 2001 as a Finance Manager at Darden Restaurants, where they also served as Manager of Operations Analysis at Bahama Breeze. In 2014, they joined Ruby Tuesday as Vice President of Finance, then later became Senior Director of Finance and Director of Finance. In 2019, they moved to FoodFirst Global Restaurants, where they held the roles of Senior Vice President of Finance and Vice President of Finance. Most recently, in 2020, they were appointed Chief Financial Officer at Virtual Dining Concepts and Senior Vice President of Finance at Earl Enterprises.
Hollie Rose attended the UCF College of Business from 1993 to 2001, majoring in Finance, General.
