Ghaleb El Masri

Ghaleb El Masri has a diverse work experience spanning across various roles and companies. Ghaleb is currently a member of YPO, a global leadership community with more than 30,000 members worldwide. Prior to that, Ghaleb worked as a Managing Director & Partner at ADAPTOVATE, where they helped organizations undergo agile transformations to meet market demands.

In 2019, Ghaleb founded and served as the Director of 1205 Consulting Inc., where they provided strategic advisory services. Ghaleb was also the Canada Lead at Virtual i Technologies, advising and driving business development strategies in the insurtech industry.

From 2014 to 2019, Ghaleb worked at NN, first as the Chief Transformation Officer and Head of Health Insurance Business, and later as the Chief Operating Officer and Head of the same division. Ghaleb was also a member of the Management Board. During their tenure at NN, Ghaleb managed various technology projects and contributed to the divestment program of ING Bank and ING Life Korea.

Prior to pursuing their M.B.A., Ghaleb earned a M.Sc. degree in nanotechnology and biophysics from the University of Toronto, where they studied from 2006 to 2009. Ghaleb obtained their undergraduate degree, a B.Sc.H with Distinction, from Queen's University in 2006, majoring in life sciences. Ghaleb's academic journey began at Appleby College, where they completed their high school education from 1999 to 2002.
