Musa Öğütlü has a diverse work experience in the software development field. Musa began their career in 2006 as a Software Engineer at Docuart, where they contributed to the development of ERP solutions for BOTAŞ Petroleum Pipeline Corporation. During this time, they specifically worked on the bidding management module.

In 2008, Musa joined Havelsan as a Software Engineer and remained with the company until 2010. In this role, they focused on software development.

From 2010 to 2011, Musa worked as a Senior Software Engineer at the Turkish Ministry of Health. Here, they contributed to the development of the Pharmaceutical Track and Trace System (PTTS). This system, used by approximately 40,000 stakeholders, allowed for the sale of 5 million boxes of medicine to patients.

In 2012, Musa took on the role of Technical Coordinator at the Turkish Ministry of Health, where they led the team responsible for the Pharmaceutical Track and Trace System. In addition, they also served as a Team Leader and hands-on developer for the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) project at Krom Information Technologies, where they developed a desktop application that made genetic analysis data readable for specialists. Musa's work at Krom Information Technologies also included serving as a Team Leader for the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) project for the Ministry of Interior of Azerbaijan, as well as the Team Leader for the Unified Accounting System project for the Ministry of Health of Turkey.

Most recently, Musa joined Virtual i Technologies in 2019 as a Software Architect.

Overall, Musa Öğütlü has gained vast experience in software development and project leadership, working on various systems and applications for different governmental institutions and private companies throughout their career.

Musa Öğütlü obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Engineering from Middle East Technical University (METU) between the years 2001 and 2006.
