Yuribeth Molina Ramirez has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Yuribeth started their career as a Paralegal/Assistant Lawyer at Huawei in 2008, where they provided legal assistance. Yuribeth then worked as a Patent Analyst at Clarke, Modet & Co from 2009 to 2010, advising international clients on intellectual property registration. Yuribeth later transitioned to the banking sector and joined Banco Venezolano de Credito, Banco Universal as a Lawyer at the Department of Legal Counsel Review and Capital Markets. During their tenure from 2010 to 2015, they established and maintained relationships with clients, reviewed legal documents and contracts, and implemented ISO 9001 quality management standards. Yuribeth'scontributions also included coordinating the creation of a regional legal department and proposing a centralization process for operational management. More recently, Yuribeth expanded their skill set by completing a CareerFoundry professional certificate in Cargo UX Design. In 2023, they joined Virtual Identity as a Junior UX Designer, furthering their expertise in this field.

Yuribeth Molina Ramirez has a diverse education history in both law and business administration. Yuribeth obtained their Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from UCAB - Universidad Católica Andrés Bello, where they studied from 2004 to 2009. Following this, they pursued a Diplomatura in Management and Business Administration from Universidad Metropolitana (VE) during the academic year 2011 to 2012.

In 2019, Yuribeth enrolled in CEUPE – Centro Europeo de Postgrado y Empresa to pursue a Master's degree in Corporate Compliance, which they successfully completed in 2020. Building upon their passion for design, they later attended CareerFoundry from 2021 to 2022 and obtained a degree in Product Design, specializing in UX Design.

Additionally, Yuribeth has obtained a certification in "Intro to data analysis" from Coursera in February 2021, demonstrating their commitment to expanding their skills and knowledge in various fields.
