Aileen Banks

Aileen Banks has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Aileen began their career in 2014 as an intern at City of Poughkeepsie and Marshall & Sterling. Afterward, they joined Virtual Incentives in 2015, where they held several positions over the years. Aileen started as a Business Analyst and later transitioned into the role of Client Success Manager. Aileen then became the Director of Strategic Accounts before taking on the role of Business Development Manager. Currently, Aileen serves as a Solution Architect at Virtual Incentives, utilizing their expertise in designing solutions for clients. Their experience demonstrates a track record of growth, adaptability, and strategic thinking.

Aileen Banks attended Marist College from 2011 to 2015. During their time there, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree with a major in Applied Mathematics and a minor in business.
