Sarena Straus

Sarena Straus is General Counsel for Virtual Incentives. She has twenty years of in-house experience in a broad range of highly regulated industries ranging from technology-based start-ups to Fortune 500 companies. Sarena has expertise in a wide range of subject matter including advertising and promotional review, consumer privacy and protection, and legal process optimization and innovation. She frequently lectures and is widely published in a subject matter pertaining to legal ethics, legal department, and process optimization and innovation. Prior to going in-house, Sarena was a prosecutor with the Bronx District Attorney’s office. Currently, Sarena sits on the boards of two local not-for-profit organizations in the Hudson Valley, The Hudson Valley Museum of Contemporary Art in Peekskill, NY, and The Hudson Valley Shakespeare Festival in Garrison, NY.
